generation and usage of AI-generated photos. By accessing or using our
services, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

substitutions to any aspect of these Terms of Service. Such

the posting of any changes will indicate your acceptance of the

By accessing or using Assembo’s website, you acknowledge and confirm
that you have the legal capacity to comply with and agree to these
Terms; and you are not a minor in the jurisdiction of your residence.
Content
You are solely responsible for all content posted and any activity that takes place under your account, even when the content is posted by others who have accounts associated with yours. This includes, but is not limited to, any text, images, or any other material that is shared or uploaded through your account. You acknowledge that you have full control and authority over the content you upload or share through your account, and you bear all legal and ethical responsibilities for such content. Furthermore, you understand and agree that we shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the content posted or activities conducted under your account. It is your duty to ensure that all content shared through your account complies with these terms of service and applicable laws and regulations.
Copyright Usage Guidelines
1. Ownership and Copyright: Assembo holds exclusive rights, including
copyright, to all images generated by its website/platform ("Generated Photos").
These Generated Photos are considered original works and are protected by
applicable copyright laws.
2. Commercial Usage: Assembo grants you the right to use the Generated Photos
for commercial purposes, subject to the condition that you make payment for
Assembo's services. Commercial usage includes but is not limited to using the
Generated Photos in advertising, marketing, promotional materials, product packaging,
and commercial websites. You are required to comply with the payment terms
specified by Assembo for such commercial usage.
3. Respect for Copyright Laws: Assembo acknowledges the importance of copyright
protection for original input photos and encourages all users to respect copyright laws.
You are explicitly prohibited from uploading, using, or generating photos that you
do not have the necessary rights to, including photos protected by third-party copyrights,
trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights. It is your sole responsibility
to ensure that you have the legal authority to use the original input photos
provided to the Assembo.
4. Prohibited Activities: You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to:
a. Uploading or generating copyrighted photos without the copyright owner's explicit permission.
b. Using the Generated Photos in a manner that violates the terms of service of other websites, platforms, or services.
c. Modifying, reproducing, re-distributing, displaying or creating derivative works based on Generated Photos on another website/platform for sale without express authorization from Assembo.
d. Selling or sublicensing the Generated Photos to third parties without Assembo's written consent.
5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Assembo harmless from
any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including
attorney fees) arising out of or related to any copyright infringement or
violation of intellectual property rights resulting from your use of
the Generated Photos.
6. Reporting Copyright Infringement: Assembo takes copyright infringement
seriously and will respond to any valid claims promptly. If you
believe that any Generated Photos available through Assembo infringe
upon your copyrights or intellectual property rights, please contact us at contact@assembo.ai
to initiate a proper investigation.
By using Assembo and generating photos through its website/platform, you acknowledge your
acceptance and understanding of the terms outlined in these guidelines. Failure to comply with these terms may
result in the suspension or termination of your account, as well as legal consequences
for copyright infringement.
Account Termination Policy
Assembo reserves the right to terminate accounts and the use of service to individuals who violate any of these terms of service. We maintain the discretion to take appropriate action, including but not limited to, suspending or disabling accounts, restricting access to our services, and pursuing legal remedies, as deemed necessary. Violations of these terms may include, but are not limited to, engaging in fraudulent activities, soliciting others to engage in unlawful acts, violating regulations or laws, infringing upon intellectual property rights, engaging in discriminatory or harmful behavior, providing false information, transmitting viruses or malicious code, collecting personal information, engaging in spam or phishing activities, interfering with security features, using the service for unauthorized machine learning training, or creating content that violates third-party copyrights, or any other conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations. The images generated on this web app are created using an algorithm, which is an automated process without direct human input or control. As such, there is a possibility that some images may contain elements of profanity, violence, or nudity. We do not support or promote any form of offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content. By using this web app, you acknowledge and understand that the generated images are provided "as-is" without any warranties, and you agree not to use them for any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate purposes. You also agree to assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use or distribution of the images generated by this web app. If you encounter any image that contains explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content, please report it to contact@assembo.ai, and we will take appropriate action.
